Eye Serum

The Eye Serum formula is designed with soothing organic oils to reduce fine lines, relieve puffiness, stimulate collagen production and promote lash growth.

How this formulation helps maintain beautiful skin--the deep dive:

Calendula provides gentle skin-conditioning, which not only boosts collagen to reduce fine lines, but also soothes inflammation. Calendula is a potent and healing botanical for the skin.  It affects blood flow to the skin cells, providing anti-oxidant protection that reduces the appearance of wrinkles and age spots. Carotenoids improve the skin's appearance.  They are present in Calendula and are also naturally present in our skin. However, this presence diminishes with age. For this very reason, Calendula is wonderful for maintaining a youthful look for maturing skin. Organic Calendula, in a carrier oil of Organic Golden Jojoba provides a luscious well-absorbed base for this restorative formulation. Jojoba Oil is most molecularly similar to our own naturally occurring oils. Therefore, it is the most readily absorbed, making it the perfect vehicle for the base of this formula.

Organic Castor Bean Oil which is particularly restorative for the delicate tissues around the eyes and for the lashes. The concentrated fatty acids in it penetrate into the innermost layers of your skin and moisturize it from deep within. Castor oil stimulates collagen production, which fills the gaps in your skin and rejuvenates it. Collagen maintains the elasticity of your skin and delays the onset of wrinkles, thus retaining its youthful glow. The oil contains omega-3 fatty acids that stimulate the growth of healthy skin tissues. It is also quite helpful in aiding healthy lash growth.

Rose Geranium is another prized botanical for skin care.  This potent flower keeps cells hydrated while offering balance to both dry and oily skin types.  By improving circulation, it decongests the skin, promotes healing, and reduces inflammation. Rose Geranium is also known for its hormone balancing properties, making it useful for dry, maturing skin and imbalanced, acne-prone skin.

German Blue Chamomile is a powerful anti-inflammatory which can be very helpful in reducing redness from Rosacea, broken capillaries, and inflamed skin.  It is known for improving dryness, as well as relieving dark, puffy circles under the eyes. Frankincense is also very effective at relieving dark puffiness under the eyes, as well as preventing age spots and hyper-pigmentation.

Carrot Seed essential oil is an incredibly potent topical anti-oxidant, providing a natural SPF as well as repairing cellular damage from aging, sun damage, and inflammation.

We chose Lavender essential oil for its topical decongestant and diuretic properties, to relieve puffiness under the eyes.

This formula is quickly absorbed, restorative and preventative~
