Witch Hazel

We use Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel Distillate in our Aloe & Rose Facial Toner.

Witch Hazel (alcohol-free) is a very effective plan-based toner and astringent for the skin.  It is especially helpful for normal, combination and oily skin. The tannins which are naturally present, remove excess oil from the skin, helping to cleanse, tone and balance the skin.

Because it is an astringent, we do not use it in our Dry Skin/Winter Formulations, as it can be drying for those who already suffer from bouts of dry skin.
